There are many things I can say about the high quality of service I provide to my home sellers and buyer clients, but probably none would be as credible as testimonials from some of my clients themselves.

I'm so sorry I can't make the Halloween party as I am out of town, but I commend you for the work you have put into it. We live in such a great building and activities to promote a sense of community are wonderful. In a previous email you mentioned something about taking magazines to the cancer center. Do you do this on a regular basis? If so, I can provide many each month, as I have many subscriptions.  Please let me know; I'll be happy to leave them by your door. My younger brother had cancer a few years ago, and I know how long those days can get sitting there while a loved one receives chemo. It's surprising how helpful mindless reading, such as People or Vanity Fair, can be. You are doing an amazing thing. Thank you. I hope the party is a huge success.
